The rooms were large and impeccably clean, adorned with stylish decorations and pristine bed linens. The breakfast and dinner buffet offered a delightful array of dishes! The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. I frequently stay at this hotel for my office training sessions, typically spending 2-3 days here every month. A key advantage is its proximity to the metro, around 2-3 km away. I highly recommend experiencing this property.
 

The stay was pleasant. The staff is courteous and the cleanliness is commendable. The food quality is akin to homemade meals. Safety is a top priority, and the rooms are comfortable. The hotel's proximity to the metro station and highway makes commuting extremely convenient, almost within walking distance.

All staff members were courteous and extremely helpful to guests. The food was delicious, exceeding my expectations. The housekeeping team went above and beyond, providing excellent service. The front desk staff were calm, cooperative, and very polite, always available to promptly resolve any issues.

In particular, the Managing Director was very polite and ensured our satisfaction. I have visited many hotels, but the service and polite behaviour of the staff at INDE Hotel are unmatched. I look forward to returning and will recommend it to my colleagues.

The entire staff is highly cooperative and makes us feel like part of a family through their hospitality. It has been a wonderful experience, and we will certainly choose to stay here again next time. The rooms are excellent, and the pillows are delightfully fluffy.
